63 Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant provides administrative/secretarial support to the Executive Director of Facility & Support Services.
Provides general clerical assistance to multiple departments including Construction & Engineering, Bio Medical, Safety & Security, Food Services and Environmental Services.
Schedules meetings, provides department reception, various filing and recording activities and provides assistance with other duties and special projects as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education/Licensure/Certification:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Knowledge:
Two years clerical experience in a related field highly preferred.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Products Knowledge of basic records maintenance and retrieval systems required.
Office equipment familiarity & computer/data entry skills required with knowledge of basic computer graphics preferred.
Knowledge of the codes and standards governing hospital facility operations (TJC, CDPH, CalOSHA) Skills:
Familiar with computer tools such as MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal/customer service skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Possesses a pleasant and friendly demeanor and ability to maintain a positive and team oriented attitude.
Typing skills of 50 CWPM and 10-key by touch ability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
